...This paperwork PHL 323 Week 4 System of Inquiry Paper includes overview of the following parts: Introduction Banner Health System References General Questions - General General Questions The purpose of this assignment is to assist you in refining problem-solving capabilities that organizations already possess for use in business ethics applications. This paper uses a structured, objective format sometimes called a system of inquiry. This assignment is a systematic formalized inquiry into or examination of the code of ethics of an organization and its effects to achieve a specific level of ethical behavior in employees, management, and executives. Each business should have a framework for ensuring ethical behavior. The structure, format, and scope of codes vary depending on the company’s business. An oil company's code, for example, would probably have different criteria and emphases than a healthcare provider's code of ethics. Sometimes, codes of ethics are called by other names, such as an employee code of conduct. A code of ethics, though, should be differentiated from standard good operating practices. ·  Evaluation and analysis includes problem solving and behavior in assessing organizational ethics along with decision-making processes. In this case, you are evaluating your own company’s code of ethics, or that of another company if your employer does not have a code of ethics. ·  Write a 1,200- to 1,400 -word paper, one not using......

...Sarah Waters (Use your name) Mr. Ervin (Please use this designation for my name.) AASC 3301.02 (Use your course and section designation) 10 February 2009 (Use due date) Sartre’s Nausea (Center title) Published in April of 1938, Nausea was Jean-Paul Sartre’s first novel. What began as a twenty-six year old scholar’s “pamphlet on contingency” (Duncan 91) remains a work of profound literary and philosophical influence. Nausea is set in a fictional Bouville, France. Walters indicates, “Bouville is Sartre’s fictional version of the western French port Le Havre” (para. 1). In early January, 1932, Antoine Roquentin begins his diary as a means to think through changes in his perception of the world. Discrepancies make it difficult to establish specific dates. Roquentin’s initial dated entry is “Monday, 29 January, 1932” (4). However, 29 January, 1932, was a Friday. Additionally, the third through sixth entries include two Thursdays and Fridays. If those are accurately labeled, they are separated by a week. Given that, the record must cover a five-week period. However, the time span will not accommodate five weeks. Therefore, the initial two Thursdays and Fridays are either not separated by a week or are mislabeled. Dating the fifth entry, “Thursday, 11.30” (27-30) 4 February, 1932, brings the remaining entries into a coherent sequence. Assuming that the date for the initial entry is 29 January, 1932, and that Roquentin met Anny on Saturday, 20 February, the diary begins on...

Comparing the relationships of these ratios reveals that Orica decreased their liquidity, but suffered lower profitability with heavy influences from Minova’s impairment of goodwill. With high asset utilisation and stable efficiency, Orica should focus on improving their maintenance and reliability by addressing the Kooragang plant shutdown. Furthermore, Orica is financing more with debt than equity which introduces some risk to the company given their higher expenses for 2012.
