In this chosen field there are certain details that can never be somewhat over looked. You need to remember certain things but never once for a split second be ignored. Stakeholders have HIGH expectations and these expectations have to be met by the staff and people who are involved in your program your program must have a vision, mission and objectives. According to Influence of stakeholders (2013 January 1st) Http://www.bbc.uk/schools (Influence of stakeholders . (Owners have a big say in how the aims of the business are decided, but other groups also have an influence over decision making)
Some of the following are examples of population, just to give everyone a simple idea. People who plan to change their efforts, and policy makers who target advocacy efforts. Secondary stakeholders are those who are directly responsible for all the efforts taken. For example: Employers, medical professionals, and social workers. Last but not least we have the key stake holders; these are the big important guys, although they’re all important in their own way. The reason I say they are the big guys, is because these people can pass laws, and enforce them in whatever way they need to. For example they’re would be “policy makers” The media, board members and local community leaders. These people play a big role regardless.
It’s very important to try and set goals, without goals you have nothing, such as a vision, a mission statement. Etc. This will show everyone exactly how serious you are about getting your business to the next level, yes you need help but certain little things you can do on your own will only strengthen you chances of receiving respect from your stakeholders. Without a vision statement there is no way to know what your plans are five years down the road, this is why it’s called a vision statement, its what you want and where you wish for your program to be…...

Research Proposal for Experimental Education Program in a Women’s Prison

...Research Proposal For Experimental Education Program in a Women’s Prison By Nick Capstone Research Design May 7, 2007 Introduction This study aims to examine the outcomes of an intensive, innovative educational program for under-educated women in prison. Traditional education programs in prisons are somewhat lacking. Usually, prisons only offer lackluster GED programs. When vocational programs are offered, they are often for out-of-date professions or extremely gendered (Brewster and Sharp 2002). This program would seek to improve the educational and release outcome of women using intensive instruction and low student-teacher ratios. The need for information on the backgrounds, lives and needs of incarcerated women is evident. Though they currently only make up 7.0% of prisoners held in state and federal facilities, women’s incarceration rates are increasing more quickly than men’s. From 1995-2005 the number of women incarcerated increased 57%, compared to 34% for men (Bureau of Justice Statistics 2005). Approximately 4 out of 5 women in prison have minor dependent children, and the majority of them have sole custody (Belknap 2007). Relationships with their children are often strained by incarceration. The focus of the study will be on the changes women experience within the prison environment, rather than their post-release outcomes. Some of the changes that these women experience within the prison system may affect their likelihood of......

Motivation Program Proposal Week 4

...Motivation Program Proposal Week 4 Motivation is giving somebody a reason or incentive to do something. It can be intrinsic or extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is focused by an awareness or satisfaction in the task itself and usually occurs within the person rather than relying on external force. Extrinsic motivation is from outside the individual. Some common extrinsic motivators are rewards or punishments like evaluations or money, pressure, and threat of reprimand. The key to a school’s success is the motivation of the staff. It is clear that schools need motivation plans that inspire, provide anticipated incentives, and keep the staff involved in the process and results of the school plan. A successful leader needs to understand and be able to use the tool that motivates each member of their staff. The following motivational theories will help in creating a motivation plan for my school. Motivational Theories Self-determination theory states that a person’s level of independence is determined by the fulfillment of three essential psychological needs: autonomy, competence, and relatedness (Bachman & Stewart, 2011, p. 183) Autonomy refers to being the foundation of one’s own actions and achieving equivalence between the activity and their own cohesive sense of self. Competence is the need to have an effect on the situation and to attain wanted results. Relatedness is the aspiration to feel associated to others. The more self-determination desires that are fulfilled......

Motivational Program Proposal

...Motivational Program Proposal Shannon Stephens PSY 201 August 19, 2013 Cassidy Hawf M.S. Motivational Program Proposal PERFECT ATTENDENCE AWARD My plan is being built for my eight year old and we are striving for the PERFECT ATTENDENCE AWARD. (Stephens, Aug18, 2013) This program will be extrinsic in nature as my daughter responds very well to monetary and tangible rewards. (Feldman, Jan 7, 2009) Last year she was missing 9 days a quarter and was tardy as many if not more times. In our school system three tardies equal one day absent. I have always paid her and her cousins for their grades. This was a wonderful motivational tool, they could not wait for their report cards to come out so they could call me and say “Aunt NaNa, you owe me this many dollars.” I would say “Awesome I am going to the poor house with all of you getting these A’s and B’s!” We would laugh and I would write them a check and mail it out to them. There was another stipulation to receiving this money, they are all required to save half of their grades money, and they can spend the rest as they see fit. My oldest Kristian was raised under the same system and when he turned 16 he had enough money in his savings to purchase his first used car and pay for the insurance, so as you can see there is a method to my compensation program.( August 2013 ) I am hoping that using this same system for attendance will indeed yield the same results. (Feldman, Jan 7, 2009) I think for every quarter she is......

Proposal for a New Career Exploration Program for Service Canada

...Proposal for a New Career Exploration Program for Service Canada This proposal is for a new career exploration program for Service Canada office of Cornwall, Ontario. It will examine the use of four standardized assessments in career counseling, then select and budget relevant assessments and resource material. The anticipated client group includes: unemployment recipients (70% recently unemployed due to downsizing), average age is 30-40, 60% female, 20% First Nations, 20% professional immigrants, and an English and French population. To get a fuller understanding of an individual undergoing career counselling, there are four main groups of the psychometric assessments to consider performing, that would be helpful to assisting the individual in their decision process, they are: value scales, interest inventories, personality inventories, and aptitude test. Even though the connection between these four groups of assessment is complex, an easier way to describe the main interrelationships in terms of career assessment is that values measures make it easier to understand fundamental motivators and the cultural context. Interests come from, and can be understood in the context of these fundamental values. If the outcomes of interest measures are vague, for instance if there are two differing veins of interests, the career counsellor can go back to the values outcomes to offer a starting point for choosing between them. The personality and aptitude measures provide the person an...

Program and Proposal

...PEACE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGENCY GRANT PROPOSAL Albert McCrae September 13, 2015 Amy Tardy Overview PEACE Domestic Violence Agency came about as the result of a friend that came to office after an abusive incident occurred in their home. After discussing the length of time the altercations had been happening, it was suggested that my friend get professional help. Being a guidance counselor, some phone calls were made and there was no type of shelter available nearby that would take my friend and her two small children in. They suggested she contact relatives to help. In this case my friend has no relatives nearby and was on her own. I decided to take her in until we could figure out what to do. In checking into what help was available in our urban area, the nearest shelter for women was over 50 miles away. Since my friend was working full time and could not commute that distance, it was agreed that she would stay with me until she could save funds to move out on her own. A lawyer was obtained and since the couple was unmarried, the relationship was dissolved eventually with visitation rights for the father a single weekend a month in a public place (mall, children’s play center, etc.) with a social worker nearby because of the violent tendencies of the father (Genesis Women’s Shelter, 2009). After going through this difficult and distressing situation with my friend, I decided to return to school and work on a degree in this area.......

Research shows that, to maintain a healthy lifestyle balance, one third of a 24-hour day should be for sleep, one third for work and one third for play. The trend in today’s workplace is for employees to work longer hours and as a result, when they arrive home they do not feel like......

Program Solution Proposal

...Program Solution Proposal PRG 211 Date: 11/28/2011 Introduction Unit 121 has a military flag football team here at Yongsan-Garrison located in Seoul South Korea. This is part of a base flag football team that maintains scores and a fairly accurate account of schedules, wins and losses. The football league is made up of several units throughout the military installation and neighboring bases and players mostly volunteer. Although all units do not have a team the ones that were able to organize a team comprised 16 individual teams. Problem The teams are cleared to have uniforms purchased at their own expense but other equipment is supplied from military recreation and its equipment manager. This equipment includes balls, field markings, scoreboard, flags and uniforms for teams that aren’t equipped. Military recreation also supplies the referees and other miscellaneous items used for game play. The equipment manager is accountable for supplying the equipment as well as scheduling and keeping tally of the wins and losses of the teams. Yearly equipment is lost, damaged or missing of some sort and new equipment must be ordered to satisfy demand. This means ordering from several locations to find the best price as well as supplies for the military. Ordering equipment from various sources means equipment does not always reach military recreation on-time. There has been an instance where equipment was not readily available for players and the referees......
