...I agree with Friedman’s assessment that the world is flat. According to Friedman a "flat world" mean that there is now a level global competitive playing field. It has now become very possible for many people around the world to collaborate and compete in real time with each other on many different kinds of work, markets and products from many different corners of the planet and on a more equal footing than at any previous time in the history of the world. Due to technological advances, the global financial market has been refined with electronic exchanges, networks, institutions, and communications. While each country may have its own financial market, the world is now so closely tied together, causing global effects when one market is prospering or suffering e.g the Euro crisis. Whereas innovation and scientific inventions used to be done in the developed world, the developing world is now catching up as more and more people are being trained in the vitally important fields of mathematics and science. Globalization that used to be largely controlled by European and American individuals and businesses is now being driven by a more diverse non-Western, non-white group of individuals Technology has also leveled the playing field and made the world to be flat in that any company can make its products available to the whole world in a matter of seconds. It is up to the to consumers to choose from whom to buy from. The internet and related technologies make it possible to...

...HIGHER P.O.D I can see the unthinkable beyond visions and dreams. Some interpret the signs it's all a mystery to me But my faith sees the invisible,  Looks into the soul that come across the unseen Am I blind or do I see for the first time In a world of hate where love's denied But my faith believes the impossible Here for the taking so I'm ready to go [Chorus] Higher-- a place I've only imagined Higher-- farther than I've ever gone Higher-- it'll all make sense when I get there All the things I know and the things I don't I'm standing on my own This unparalleled life is a gift and not my own So I keep on walking through the valley of the unknown My faith redeems the most despicable,  Low life, no good man like me My life is sketched out on these pages like a map Been good, I've been bad but it shows you where I'm at Look real close, it'll show you how to find The treasure of your soul, one love divine [Chorus] If that's all that you have to give (Is that all you have to give) Take me higher. I want to go higher Go ahead. I won't settle for less Take me higher. I want to go higher So you can do what you want And say what you want Live how you want And die how you want But this faith has put my mind at ease,  Souls at peace & my spirit flies free!  [Chorus]...

... 4 years..remember me or not? I guess not because not once did you ever try to find out how I'm doing o how far I've progressed in lifee, o i I even progress or not? C'mon Farheen, it wasn't like I was going to eat you. Comparitvely to you, I did try to find out how my best friend is doing. How the person who taught me how to live is doing. I tried everything I could. I sent you pm's on IF, emails, Im's knowing you have deleted everything, but I still sent emails and messages wishing a miracle would happen and maybe you would answer. All my emails kept coming back because "the email I'm trying to reach does not exist"...lol, yet I never stopped because it's my only option. I even tried calling home many times over the last 4 years, (yes, i'm sorry) but as usual, i'm too shy to speak or just afraid of hearing something I wouldn't be able to take. I contacted zizou, but I was afraid to ask about your contact, I'm afraid to be mocked, I know I'm not going to get anything from him, so I'm afraid to ask. Although, I did ask him how Nikki is and if she is doing okay? because I just couldn't stop myself from asking... it's something I ask god everyday before I sleep and after I wake up. To which he replied "yes, she is good". and Really, I had never felt so satisfied before. I finally smiled and I'm thankful to him, forever. ...

...The Chevrolet product mix offers the company numerous strengths. First, it offers cars of different sizes and price ranges that can cater to their customers’ needs. Cars such as the Sonic, Spark, and Cruze are smaller in size, but offer new styling and great gas mileage. The Malibu and Impala offer a roomier interior and an iconic style. The Corvette and Camaro are sports cars that have both speed and beauty. In the ever popular SUV market, Chevy offers the Equinox, Traverse, Tahoe, and Suburban. It also offers the electric car, the Volt, and a solid line of trucks and vans. Having such a diverse market, Chevy has the ability to appeal to almost every customer. Even with such a broad mix of cars, Chevy also has weaknesses. Some of its cars have styling that is becoming dated, i.e. the Malibu and Impala. Also, the sporty Corvette is entering the declining state of its growth curve because most of its customers are over 50, and the car is having difficulty appealing to the younger generation. Chevy is also dealing with pressure to improve fuel efficiency and to be more environmentally friendly with its trucks and SUV’s. This is particularly difficult because there is a tradition in America for big, powerful trucks. Finally, Chevy has also entered into the electric car realm where its primary competition is the Nissan Leaf. The weakness of this plan, however, is that Chevy’s Volt is an electric/gasoline hybrid and not a truly all-electric car like the......

...The Ethics of Koreans Don Baker In Korean Spirituality, I outlined the tremendous variety of spiritual beliefs and religious practices found among the Korean people today, and showed that over the centuries spirituality on the Korean peninsula has grown ever more complex and diverse. By the beginning of the 21st century, Koreans could choose among a wide variety of options for expressing their spiritual yearnings and pursuing their spiritual goals. They had available to them a broad range of both institutional and informal approaches to addressing their core spiritual concern of transcending the limitations of existence as an independent, autonomous individual, as well as for tackling various unpleasant side effects of such an existence: mortality, sickness, poverty, and loneliness, to mention just some of the obstacles human beings inevitably face as they navigate the turbulent passage from birth to death. Koreans can turn to their folk traditions, to various forms of Buddhism or Christianity, to Confucianism, to new religions, or to other organizations promising them help in their spiritual quest to overcome the frustration, uncertainty, confusion, and even boredom that can result from not having a clear picture of what their role is in this world they live in, why they are here and what will happen to them after they die, or of how they can cope with the multitude of unforeseen intrusions into their personal mental and physical space that are unavoidable as long as they......
