Contract employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission. They provide skills that are not readily available in the civilian workforce and military, but are crucial to support operation. The Army integrates the talents and skills of all members to succeed.

About the Position:
The position is to serves as a team member within the Headquarters Army Information Technology Agency (HQDA ITA) Customer Care Directorate in support of the Desktop Support contract. This opportunity would consist of providing customer engagement, requirements analysis, and project management support to the customer account managers who deal directly with customers on a daily basis. The focus of this position is to know the environment, build relationships, and be able to support the customer account managers with technical and organizational knowledge.
