VISIONS FOR ORGANIATIONS TO SUCCEED

Changes in organizations include external forces of economic, political, and cultural forces with technological resources. Internal forces will change by new leadership or programs to help the organizations run more efficiently amongst the different departments in the culture of the organization that brings the required product and service to fruition on the market.
Types of changes in an organization can be planned, unplanned, evolutionary, and frame breaking. There are a couple theories that have been fore planned to help the businesses run with a goal and direction (Nahavandi, 2012). The most successful outline for change in an organization is the strategy by Psychologist
Kurt Lewin. His theory suggests that first you Unfreeze the current administration. Becoming aware of the current failures and unprofitable markets. Second The Changing Implementation which concerns Implementing the changes in the Organizations whether its Human Resource directed or new programs to be installed for the Information Department (IT). The changing directive also requires constant positive criticism and critical thinking awareness on active participation creativity while the innovation is being processed. The third is the Freezing of the
Change into place within the business by supporting the nature of the behavior of the company and the way its running. Supporting and funding the programs needed to access constructive results in the employment, social, technological, culturally, and environmentally virtues of a successful marketable product or service (Nahavandi, 2012).

The contract is valid if it meets all four elements, which includes: an agreement, valuable consideration, competent parties, and legal purpose. The agreement must be a compromise from both parties, and the intention of all terms of the contract must be agreed upon from both parties. Before the contract can begin, both parties must make clear each intention, detailed, and both parties must have a clear understanding. The agreement must have an offer and an acceptance, which must include both parties. Next, a valuable consideration, in which each party are required to give up something of value or refrain from exercising a legal right in an agreement, such as the initial agreement. The third element, competent parties means all parties must possess the legal capacity to enter into the contract. This means the state jurisdiction must be met, all party members must be of legal age within the state, and must be of mental competence. If I was in a position where I knew a product was unsafe or defective, I know that it is my responsibility to bring it to the attention of everyone higher up in the company. I know that it will be difficult to tell the managers and the CEO of the company that they have created a product that is unsafe or defective, and the only way to break bad news is just to do it. I am a mother so I know how it is to want products that are safe for my kids, so that it was I am going to focus on, infant seats if not used properly can be very unsafe, but what’s worst is having an infant seat that is defective and is being recalled by the company. The way I found out that the product was recalled was a flyer that was posted on a board in the store by the bathrooms, I don’t think that was a very effective way to let all the customers know that a product was recalled. I know that a new infant seat is defective and that it is unsafe to put in stores. I am going to request an emergency meeting with the CEO, the directors and managers of the company I work for, and tell them I think there is a problem with one of our products, and I need to bring it to their attention right away.
